In May of 2001, Collins Ink Corporation signed an exclusive reseller agreement with Kodak, Inc. © of Dayton, Ohio. The agreement stated that Kodak would be the exclusive reseller of Collins Ink for use in the Kodak printing systems, and Collins would become the ink supplier and manufacturer for Kodak. We entered into this agreement to be able to offer our customers an even wider selection of standard and custom inks.
Invoicing is processed by Kodak, but you can expect the same level of customer service that you have come to expect from Collins. Customers are welcome to order and receive technical support for Collins' fluids through either Collins Ink or Kodak.

In November of 2002, Collins Ink signed an Inkjet Products OEM Sales Agreement with Hewlett Packard's Specialty Printing Systems (SPS) Division in San Diego. This agreement allows Collins Ink to fill its wide variety of inks for the direct mail, lettershop, and printing and packaging markets into brand new HP© brand 51645A cartridges. It also positions Collins Ink as an authorized HP© brand distributor partner, for inkjet ink cartridges and bulk systems.

In 2009, Collins Ink began cooperating with CMS Inks, enabling both companies to expand their CIJ business. This cooperation allows the companies’ customers to utilize both Collins and CMS ink and make-up/wash formulations. Customer service is enhanced through the availability of more CIJ products, and local market storage. In addition, customers benefit economically by having the make-up/wash fluids produced in the country closest to the consuming customer.
Created in 1995, CMS specializes in manufacturing, selling and providing technical support mainly for continuous inkjet inks. It has manufacturing plants in both France and the UK and distributes its CIJ inkjet fluids on a global basis. All of the CMS fluids are COMPATIBLE with the OEM manufacturer’s fluids they are designed to replace. This is a tremendous advantage, in that the printer does not have to be drained and purged prior to testing or running the CMS inks.
Like Collins, CMS, is a family owned company that adheres to the highest ethical standards. CMS has a much wider portfolio than Collins of solvent-based CIJ inkjet ink fluids. Collins has an excellent track record of successful supply of inkjet inks for Videojet® Print Pro/BX and Excel printer models and Domino® JetArray printers. However, CMS high quality inks are available to replace Linx®, Imaje®, and Willett® products, as well as extending the range of Videojet® and Domino® fluids . Also, CMS supplies inks and cleaning solutions for LCP and High Resolution printers.
The CMS inks are used extensively in the packaging market. The fluids are also sold into other commercial/industrial markets, which include bindery, direct mail and transactional printing. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with CMS.
